I should learn to leave well enough alone.........

But.... I have established that it is possible to vary the Heat valve by modulating the vacuum, I used a vacuum pump. I know that the Flap is working mechanically . I can hear it open and close . But is it modulating the air flow correctly ... probably not...... and that's another issue...
.... Near enough is good enough, as I was able to manipulate the other Flaps to restrict the amount of hot air passing to my feet , i.e., warm...
